These are the legally binding terms of services (“TOS”) for GOLDEN LUDO games, websites, forums and other related services (collectively “Services”). Through Golden Ludo you can play the traditional Ludo game with any real player which is online and can also play with your friends. Anyone using the Golden Ludo application ("User") by taking advantage of the online gaming services offered therein or by participating in various competitions and games held on Golden Ludo shall be bound by these general conditions, as well as all other rules, regulations and terms of use mentioned herein or provided by Golden Ludo in connection with any of our Services.

In the event that a User violates or Golden Ludo reasonably believes that such User has breached these General Conditions, or has made unauthorized or inappropriate use of Golden Ludo or the Golden Ludo Services, Golden Ludo may, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without notice to a user, limit, suspend or terminate such user's access to all or part of Golden Ludo or the Services of Golden Ludo, deactivate or delete user's account and all related account information, delete any content posted by users on Golden Ludo, and in addition, take technical measures legal and technical as it deems necessary. Users agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all other rules, regulations and terms of use of the Website. In the event User does not abide by these Terms and Conditions and all other rules, regulations and terms of use, Golden Ludo may, at its sole and absolute discretion, take necessary remedial action, including but not limited to restricting, suspending, or terminating any User's access to all or any part of Golden Ludo Services;

⇒ Transferring files containing viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage or adversely affect the operation of another person's computer, Golden Ludo, of any any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment;
⇒ To restrict or prevent any other user from using and enjoying any public space on our website;
⇒ Collect or store personal information about other users;
⇒ Interfere with or disrupt Golden Ludo, servers or networks;
⇒ Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to, a representative of Golden Ludo, or falsely state or misrepresent a user's affiliation with any person or entity;
⇒ Fairly advertising, offering for sale or selling goods or services for commercial purposes on Golden Ludo without Golden Ludo's express written consent;
⇒ Transmit content related to services, products, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, spam, unsolicited advertising or promotional materials, or alphabetical;
⇒ To advertise, offer for sale or sell any goods or services for commercial purposes on Golden Ludo without Golden Ludo's express written consent;
⇒ Forge headers or manipulate identifiers or other data to conceal the origin of any content transmitted through Golden Ludo or to manipulate the User's presence on Golden Ludo(s);
⇒ Take any action that causes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure.
⇒ Engage in illegal activities. You agree to use our message board services, chat areas, newsgroups, forums, communities and/or messaging or communication facilities (collectively, "Forums") solely to send and receive posts and materials that are relevant and relevant to that particular forum;

Golden Ludo believes that oldsters should supervise their children's online activities and think about using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a child- friendly online environment. These tools also can prevent children from disclosing online their name, address and other personal information without parental permission. Golden Ludo might not be held liable for any content contributed by Users on the Golden Ludo.
In order to register for the Contest(s), Participants might be required to accurately provide some of the personal information. Golden Ludo is not liable for any winning prize, if details are inaccurately provided by the registered users. Participants may also be required to confirm that they have read, and shall abide by, these Terms and Conditions. Any player who exits the game in between or not play on his turn for thrice would be considered a loser & coins would be deducted from his account & credited to the winner's wallet.
Golden Ludo is not liable for any network connectivity issues faced by users due to any reasons. We offer the users some airtime to resettle its connectivity & completion of the game. The coins can be used during the contest.
Golden Ludo is completely legal to play, as they are excluded from the ambit of Indian gambling legislations including, the Public Gambling Act of 1867. This game in which success depends upon the superiority of knowledge, training, attention, experience and adroitness of the player shall be classified as a game of skill.
Golden Ludo requires major concentration, planning, and strategy to understand opponent’s planning is required to win a game. A player with good experience & understanding of Ludo skills with best strategy building skills along with excellent presence of mind can dominate. This game is for everyone irrespective of how experienced/inexperienced you are. Even if you are not good with Ludo skills, you can still spend a lot of time playing 1 vs 1 playing mode. Having said that, a participant should have a high level of skill & need to have a good strategy in order to successfully win at the Golden Ludo Contest. By participating in this Contest(s), each Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she is participating in a game of skill.

⇒ Users must access Golden Ludo services provided on Golden Ludo voluntarily and at their own risk. Golden Ludo shall under no circumstances be liable or responsible for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to any accident, injury, death, loss of property) by the User or any other person or entity during access to the Golden Ludo Services (including participation in the Contest(s) or after receiving any prize Users are solely responsible for all consequences that may arise from their access to the Golden Ludo Services by performing an illegal act or from failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions and other regulations

⇒ Golden Ludo disclaims any liability, jointly or individually, for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of yourself or a third party
⇒ As Golden Ludo allows Users to access Golden Ludo Services hosted on Golden Ludo, within To the fullest extent permitted by law, the User waives and releases all rights or claims, all actions, causes of actions (current or future) which each of them has or may be available to Golden Ludo, its agents, administrators, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees or representatives of all injuries, accidents or perils ( whether known or not) or (foreseeable or unforeseeable) as a result of the provision of services by Golden Ludo or in connection with contests or contest prizes
⇒ Users must indemnify, defend and hold Golden Ludo harmless from and against any claims by third parties/legal entities/organizations arising out of or in connection with such user's participation with Golden Ludo or participation in a contest. Under no circumstances shall Golden Ludo be liable to any user for any acts or omissions arising out of or in connection with the user's involvement with Golden Ludo or participation in any other any contest
